I really like your idea article on magnesium. One of thing that I don’t understand is: did you have a panic attack because you used the sauna? And by sweating you lost high quantities of magnesium?
I am really curious about this fact because I think I also felt bad, almost had a panic attack, after using sauna and I thought it could have been the low blood pressure.
Please let me know if the Magnesium was the case 👍
